Refund policy
Because all My Donor Story books are custom-printed and personalized specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@mydonorstory.com with:
your order number
a photo of the issue
We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
delays caused by carriers or customs
However, we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues.
